down for the night. So I don't know about you but I'll admit I've spent a fair amount

of time this past year watching TV and catching up on movies. I do try where possible to

watch shows earlier in the evening so I'm not looking at a screen right before bedtime

but I don't always get it right and I am susceptible to binging. What can I say? I am only human.

But I do recognize that it's probably not so good to do it right before bed or at least

not every night. And recently my husband has been saying that he hasn't been sleeping

well. He's been really busy often working 10, 12, maybe 14 hour days and most of that

time is spent glued to his screen. He's a developer and he spends long hours coding.

I often joke that he's going into the matrix when he works. Who knows maybe he is.

Anyway the other night I woke up in the night as his laptop fell and hit my arm because

he'd fallen asleep whilst working in bed. I could see how tired he was and I didn't
