1:19.0	where you had to ride by horse back to DC to cast your ballot by the time it was maybe that's why I'm sure that's why

1:30.9	because they probably had to travel and fight along the way.
1:37.0	I wish that were still the state or I wish you had to be able to ride a horse to the ballot.
1:41.0	We need to limit. We're trying to get all these people out to vote.
1:44.4	I'm saying let's let's get rid of most of the people that are voting.
1:49.1	Not get rid of them.
1:51.1	Just disenfranchise anybody who can't ride a horse.
