Hello, friends, a quick note to say that on Thursday, on Thanksgiving Day, 2021, HBO will premiere the documentary DMX, Don't Try to Understand.

It's part of the Music Box series of documentaries, brought to you by Bill Simmons and Ringer Films.

I'm psyched for this one.

In the meantime, you can check out the first two movies in the

series. There's Woodstock 99, peace, love, and rage. And also the Alanis Morissette doc, simply

called Jagged. Those will hold you over. But again, DMX, don't try to understand, premiering Thursday

a cappella close to the end. Another track or two after the prayer in most cases.

DMX is the best prayer in rap history.
