That sounds pretty good.

It's both easier and harder than you think it is.

Of all of the exercises, that one is feels both straightforward and you're most likely doing it wrong.

Myself included.

Shame on me. I always tell people, please don't follow me after I've shown you how to do

something. Please don't. I've masked my shins before on a deadlift. It's no fun. The only thing

worse is box jumps. But we're not going to talk about that today. Instead, we're going to be

talking about Bill DeBarrot. Instead, we're going to be talking about build a bear.

Really, it's just like build a bear, but instead, it's like a dungeon. You're going to build it

together. And this will probably be a running series on D-Amnastics because, again, you have

the evergreen content of the main episodes, as well as

having kind of some practical exercises that you can do at your own table to build out some

smaller piece of your world and just keep on dungeon mastering.
