Welcome back to the Dungeon Master's block, the place where we come to talk about the Dungeon Master, the most important person in the game.

With every conversation we hope to inspire as many as possible to keep on dungeon mastering.

And I'm one of your host, DM Neal, aka Joke Moniac.

And I'm one of your other hosts, DM Derek, aka How Not to DM.

And today, we're, I'm super excited.

We've already recorded it. Sometimes that happens. Sometimes that doesn't when it comes to the intros or sometimes it's way far away from when we've recorded it. But this time around, we're recording right after. And we have an amazing conversation with J.R. Zambrano. Listeners to DMNastics, you will recognize that name, no doubt, because we have taken many of the articles that he's written for Bell of Loss Souls, and we've used those as inspiration

to kind of train our brains and work out, lift the mental weights, and do all of that over there.

And it just dawned on me. If I like his work that much, in his emails at the bottom of every article he writes,

I assume it would be a way to contact him.

Lo and behold, listener, it is.

And so we brought him on to talk about the fact that every DM should steal.

And it is a great conversation about just saying it's okay to take anything and everything from this wide world and putting it into your own game.

And longtime listeners will know that you have stolen many a thing from this very show.

And so, yeah, hopefully it's a good conversation that gives you new sources in your life to look for for inspiration for your role-playing games.
