Mike McCarthy is officially, really, really officially, the 17th head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

He was introduced to the media at Accrochure Stadium.

He had some stuff to say.

And what was the general impression over there of how the man carried himself?

I thought he carried himself really well.

Obviously, you kind of knew it was going to mean a lot to him personally.

I can't even imagine.

Yeah.

Being from Greenfield, growing up watching this team, being a fan of this team.

Yeah, he, he got started right away by saying three words that all Steelers Nation is very familiar with.

Here we go.

And he got started.

He didn't have to look that up.

He didn't have to look that up.

And he barely got into it. And we have video of it, by the way, in case it's, but. Yeah, we'll put it up. Go ahead and finish with your hands. It was just really, really cool to see. I think this part of it is cool. Like, he's going to get it. He's going to understand it. And with the emotion that he had,

like he barely got started before like tears started well and up. It was really cool.

Yeah, the whole, you know, the cynics are going to say, of course, they're going to accentuate the Yenzer thing, and they probably told him to do that and whatever else.

And there's nothing you can do about that.
