Pirates will resume action out of this All-Star break this weekend in Cleveland.

Seconds, and I do mean seconds before this program went live,

the team made known its starters for the weekend.

And they will be in order Friday, Saturday, and Sunday,

Jared Jones, Braxton Ash Saturday, and Sunday, Jared Jones,

Braxton Ashcraft, and Paul Skeens.

This isn't much of a break.

Actually, for either Ashcraft were Skeens.

I thought that there might be some kind of rigging to get them pushed back a little bit. That's clearly not the case.

In Ashcraft's scenario, he has to start cutting his innings at some point. I keep telling you that

he mentioned to me back in New York, the opening series of the season,

that he believes his target goal or his target max is 180.

Let me check where he is right now, but it's not a great pace as it relates to 180.

Skeens isn't in that same boat anymore.

He was, of course, for a while.
