Your Wilkesbury Scranton Penguins are more alive now than they were 24 hours ago.

They won game three last night in Toronto over the Marleys by a five to three count.

More important toward the short-term future of the franchise, a good bunch of that damage was done by

bona fide prospects.

That's what you like to see.

Billy Coyvenin scored probably the biggest goal of the game set up on a really nice

give-and-go rush with Tristan

Bros. Both of those guys qualify. Rector McGrady had an assist and knocked some other dude

into the next century. And he got penalized for it, but I'm going to tell you in playoffs,

you can live with penalties that legitimately scare the other guys.

To an extent, Harrison Brunich was a game best plus three.

Sergei Moroshov, 36 saves on 39 shots and really out of the three goals that he gave up.

There was one that I wasn't wild about just because I'm so tired

to seeing Long Rangers float through Pittsburgh goaltenders

or Pittsburgh system goaltenders.

But otherwise, he had no chance on the other two,

and he made some very, very good stops along the way.

So however hard he would have taken that previous game, the overtime loss with the goal

going in off of his blocker when he's reaching up to the sky like a shortstop, it seems to
