When I think of Aaron Rogers' 2025 season in Pittsburgh, I think mostly of positives.

Rogers had his weekly session with reporters yesterday on the south side,

and he was asked not once but twice about his future, meaning his future,

not Sunday, not anything related to the team, but his own.

The first time he was asked, he blew it off almost completely and understandably.

Just saying, yeah, I'm not thinking about that.

The end.

But then, later on in the same session, he was asked about the same thing, and he came back with this.

Listen, I mean, I'm thinking about this week, but obviously I'm 42 years old and I'm on a one-year

deal, so you know what the situation is.

Whenever the season ends, I'll be a free agent.

So that will give me a lot of options if I still want to play.

I'm not a lot of options, but there'll be options I would think maybe one or two if I decided

to still want to play.

But I've enjoyed this experience, and everybody in Pittsburgh has been fantastic to me on and off the field.

And it's really what I was hoping for for this experience was been even better than I was hoping.

I'm not going to psychoanalyze him or his remarks.
