And it's time for the people running this team's operations to get real about the remainder of the season.

Zero last night in the 96th All-Star game in Philadelphia. No, I don't care either. Yes,

I am at least mildly amused that the senior

circuit was shut out on three hits while leaving every single hitter from the most proficient

offense in all of baseball off of their lineup. That said, the most proficient offense in all of baseball still has quite the ways to go

to make the playoffs.

And the most proficient offense in baseball really shouldn't be settling for just making the

playoffs.

And if that sounds like I'm going to get greedy today, I am.

But I'm going to start with addition through subtraction.
