Penguins will be looking to go 3.0 and 1 since the NHL's Olympic break and since they found out they're not going to have Sidney Crosby for about a month.

Now, on one hand, you can look at results and say, what are you even talking about here?

All they've done is when, except for a couple of lousy periods and a shootout at Madison

Square Garden.

What is it exactly that you feel compelled to change?

Well, I am here to tell you directly that not everything is all that awesome, including the perception of it from the inside.

There's stuff that's kind of working, but maybe shouldn't be working. Case in point.

Ricard Raquel should not be at center. I think a lot of him as a hockey player, as a person and all that other stuff here.

He's not a center.

He's been a winger too long.

He has shown some propensity to be able to perform at the position in the shortest possible stretches.

But it's not what he does.
