Penguins 3, Flyers 2 in game 5 of their first round Stanley Cup playoff series.

Last night at PPG paints arena, the series also is now three to two, obviously in Philadelphia's favor.

Still, maybe.

Although that's going to become increasingly difficult to discern why.

Well, you win three in a row.

You dominate those, and let's not pretend that the Flyers didn't.

The next thing you know, the other guys start looking a lot more like they did in the regular

season. That was in Game 4, and then start looking even more like they did in the regular season

with Game 5, and I'm here to say that they're still... like they did in the regular season with game five.

And I'm here to say that they're still not where they've been over the course of the past six months.

They're still not at their own peak, independent of how the opponent plays.

And I'm going to insist that that should be the priority.

That should be what they're thinking about and talking about in their own little orbit,

as opposed to any nebulous external concept related to momentum.

You know how that goes.

The momentum has shifted in this series.
