For as often as I bring this trade up, and I don't limit myself to when I'm being recorded

here, believe me, the one thing that comes back at me most often is, well, they needed to do

this for the future.

I'll respond. Why is that? At which point they'll immediately

be on edge, realizing that the two Edmonton guys are in their 30s, or close to it, Skinner's not 30,

but it's not exactly building up the youth. And then they'll say, well, needed to get rid of a bad

contract. Okay, how much was Jari making, needed to get rid of a bad contract.

Okay, how much was Jari making and for how long?

The answer to that one is that he's making 5.4 million for two more seasons.
