at whatever they happen to be calling their stadium this week. Soon to be, Walmart on Steroids

warehouse field, somewhere sadly out in the suburbs, but this

won't be about them. And that's not to dismiss them as an opponent or whatever else. It's,

you know, they're three and twelve, and the Steelers, of course, are nine and six,

atop the AFC North,

fourth in the conference, poised to secure a home playoff game, and they are all of those things, in large part,

because of one thing and one individual who it'll kill people to offer the appropriate

credit. Well, I'm going to try to help. I'm going to be that person that offers some advice,

because the truth is, I could use a little myself. See, I'm the one who

wrote last January that the Steelers should fire Mike Tomlin. But it's time for them to move on.

It's time for a different presence and approach atop the entire football structure. And by that,

I'm referring to the very obvious hierarchical

aspect of all this, and that Tomlin is extremely influential in all football matters, as most

NFL head coaches are, by the way. As I'm speaking with you this morning on this Christmas Eve, that stance hasn't

changed. The reasons that I cited back then, the reasons that I reiterated after the Buffalo

debacle a month ago where Tomlin was rightfully jeered with chance calling for his firing, subsequent
