Philip Hollander is one of those names.

And if that doesn't excite you, that's understandable, actually.

I'm not about to criticize anybody who doesn't get excited about that name.

Why?

He's 24 years old.

He spent the last couple of years in Sweden.

And generally speaking, the prospects who come over to North America early on, whether it's

juniors, minors, whatever, and then go back to

Europe, we tend to forget about them with cause. Like Basilipanamarev leaving just now. I'm not

sensing a whole lot of angst about this. Maybe it's because we saw him in a handful of games at the

end of season. His skating

didn't look like it was NHL level. He doesn't appear to have any really specific or pointed

skill set that makes you go, wow, yeah, he's absolutely going to be an NHL guy. I don't know that.

I didn't feel that. So Hollanders's now 24 years old, and after spending two seasons in the Pittsburgh system,

almost all of that with Wilkesbury Scranton, 104 total games, 25 total goals, 36 total assists.
