Penguins versus Flyers Game 3 is tonight in Philadelphia.

That's a 7.08 p.m. face-off.

And it's a series that's been defined almost entirely by the penguin's inability to score.

Yes, yes, there are two teams in this series.

And yes, the other guys have done a terrific job of putting themselves in passing lanes and especially shooting lanes.

That's one, not the only, but it's one of the reasons that the penguins had the 23 misses

the other night in game two.

And yes, the Flyers also deserve credit for Rick Tock's tactic of standing them up at the

blue line, particularly

when the penguins have been, sorry to be so blunt, but so dumb as to repeatedly skate right

into it, as opposed to dumping the puck deep or chipping and chasing, anything at all to turn

the Philadelphia defensemen around and skating in the other direction with their backs to the play.

But once the penguins are in there, and let's presume that there will be some fresh level of intelligence applied to what happens tonight,
