now this is our final episode before we take a little couple week break for

Christmas there is something that I have been absolutely itching to share with you and

it literally cannot wait till the end of this episode and that is something that I have

been working on behind the scenes for a very long time even before this podcast idea was

even created. I wanted to create something that I felt like I really needed at a time

when I was at my absolute lowest when I had the rug pulled out from under me when my heart was shredded into pieces.

own home. It is all my learnings, all my findings, all my top

tips for getting through the tough times, everything I have picked up since that moment crammed

into a really helpful guide. It is interactive, it has beautiful illustrations and I know I know

from the bottom of my heart that it is really going to help people because it is seriously something that I needed at that time.
