name is Ruby Dahl and I actually discovered her through Instagram as one of my viewers sent me her poems at a time when it was something that I felt like I really needed to read.

So it was a great blessing when someone literally de-mmed me something that they thought I should read on

Instagram that was written by her. So anyway I got deep into the Ruby Dahl world

I immediately ordered her book on Amazon and whilst I was reading it I realized how much Ruby has this ability to put down exactly what I was feeling inside.

The book I ordered was called Memories Unwound and there were so

many poems that stood out to me. I can't even tell you. If I was folding over every page in the book that I loved the whole book would be folded over.

But there were a couple that I wanted to read to you today.

And this was something that really touched me because at a time when I felt my absolute lowest, the thing that really

clear to me how much love can change you as a person, how much love, gratitude,
