0:48.1	name is Ruby Dahl and I actually discovered her through Instagram as one of my viewers sent me her poems at a time when it was something that I felt like I really needed to read.
0:58.0	So it was a great blessing when someone literally de-mmed me something that they thought I should read on
1:03.4	Instagram that was written by her. So anyway I got deep into the Ruby Dahl world
1:09.2	I immediately ordered her book on Amazon and whilst I was reading it I realized how much Ruby has this ability to put down exactly what I was feeling inside.
1:22.0	The book I ordered was called Memories Unwound and there were so
1:26.3	many poems that stood out to me. I can't even tell you. If I was folding over every page in the book that I loved the whole book would be folded over.
1:36.0	But there were a couple that I wanted to read to you today.
1:40.0	I don't hurt as much as I used to before, not because time heals or wounds, but because love does.
1:48.0	And this was something that really touched me because at a time when I felt my absolute lowest, the thing that really

2:12.1	clear to me how much love can change you as a person, how much love, gratitude,
