inspirational she is. She has spent 12 years increasing

employment of diverse talent. She has launched her very own charity. She has been awarded an

MBE in 2020 New Year's honours list for your services to diversity and inclusion.

I have with me, Joanna Abbey. Is that why I say your surname?

Yeah, it's fine to say like that. My dad would probably say Abbey here, but you can say it.
