And so this is, I believe, the 12th episode I've done on the topic.

And while all of these episodes can be utilized during any time of difficulty and will have relevance to life outside of COVID-19,

And I received a message from a listener, which I obviously keep anonymous,

asking me, or pleading that I wouldn't talk about COVID-19 and that she used the

And it was interesting for me to receive that because I've always thought of this podcast as something that

brings us closer to our life.

If anything, it's getting us more in touch with what is happening in our day-to-day life.

But it did bring me into an interesting inquiry around the difference between presence

and distraction, because this podcast isn't just about presence. and

to practice is just about presence and mindfulness.
