So de-realization and deersonalization, that is actually, to me, what I look at is that's more of a symptom of trauma.

Usually it can come from a variety of sources. It can come from even just emotional and neglect in general.

Like if a kid doesn't have a lot of reflection or mirroring from a caregiver, then they can develop those symptoms.

Derealization is a sense of everything around you feeling like you're in a movie.
