Sometimes we have to disrupt ourselves. We have to purposely go and disrupt our life.

You know, there comes a time when we've built this life and, you know, we've formed these habits and we crafted an identity, but then it starts to suffocate us. It starts to feel like a cage.

And it doesn't mean something is necessarily wrong because it's actually, we built something nice.

It just means something is missing. And like the rhythm of our days, you know, we have carefully

orchestrated them, but they begin to feel repetitive. You know, we have carefully orchestrated them, but they begin to feel repetitive.

You know, we can get bored of ourselves, not because we lack creativity, but because we've

put ourselves in a box that we refuse to break. And when we experience success, often what happens

is we get new connections, validation for

the version of ourselves that we built.

And then sometimes it just makes sense to stay the same because it worked.

But one thing I love about artists, and we all have an artistic spirit in us, we all have

an inner artist.

Artists, true artists, evolve and push to boundaries.

And so must we with our, and we need to do the exact same thing with ourselves.

Sometimes we have to disrupt ourselves.
