The Trump regime being what it is, ended 2025 on a particularly low note by launching attacks on Americans living with disabilities.

They literally went out of their way

to do something that was completely unnecessary

and unkind and also cruel,

which pretty much sums up the Trump regime.

As Mother Jones reported,

Secretary of State Marco Rubio identified a new enemy this month,

and it's Calibri.

What is that you ask? Where is that? Is that a place? Is that a country threatening

American sovereignty and national security? No. It's a font. A font? Yes. Yes, the design of the

letters you read in a book or in a newspaper. Here's some background. In 2023, then-secretary

state Anthony Blinken changed the official government font to Calibri.

Why?

Well, Calibri is what's known as a sans-serif font.

That means that it doesn't have the decorative angular features of seraphats,

like Times New Roman, for example.

Not having those decorative features makes text easier to read for people

with disabilities like dyslexia and low vision.

That seems reasonable unless, of course, you're the spineless scum,

who is Marco Rubio, who looked at that decision on Blinkin's part and said,

fuck blind people, apparently.
