Today we were talking a little bit more about the impacts of the Model 3

Mid Range, announced yesterday.

In case you missed it, I had another episode about 12 hours ago that should be also in your feed discussing

kind of the details of that announcement.

Right now in the pre-market about an hour and a half before open, Tesla is actually up 1.75%

to 268.50.

I spoke yesterday about how I was a little bit worried that the market would interpret this

as Tesla having a demand problem and that could lead to the stock falling.

So I am pleased to see that that has not happened yet.

Obviously Tesla is pretty low right now relative to where it's been trading over the last 18 months.

So that should help limit any possible downside, but I still wouldn't be shocked if we see a close in the red today.

I think it probably depends more on the macro environment,

because it looks like so far the reaction to this

has been pretty muted from a stock price perspective.

The other thing to keep in mind that may influence trading today

is Electra's continued release of Tesla's production throughout the quarter.

They've been tending to release those numbers from their

source inside Tesla on Fridays, so I would keep an eye out for that as well sort of
