This podcast is going to try to address the debate that's been playing out

0:08.6

over the past few days over social media news

0:11.8

about Momofuku enforcing its trademark of the term

0:14.9

1:16.4

have you trust me, but it's the truth. This is not the case. Anyway, I hope this podcast

1:21.6

will be able to explain some of these things to you.

1:23.2

It's really complicated. I mean, I don't think nuance is the right word, but there's a lot of information.

1:28.7

But most importantly, I wanted to accomplish three things, first and foremost. I want to accomplish three things first and foremost.
