Thanks for having them back. It's good to hear from you again. Well, it's been a while. We used to do this

every once in a while. We should probably start doing that again. We just sit down and riff and talk about

stuff we were learning about positive psychology. Yeah, so it's good to have the chance to do this again. So this year,

we got to attend the International Positive Psychology Association World Congress virtually, which was

quite different than we've done in the past. It was. We've been lucky enough to attend these in person, like in Montreal, one in Orlando.

But this was different because it was our new Zoom world. So everything was on Zoom and recorded

and pre-recorded. But it was nice because you could fit more sessions in, I thought.

Yeah. And it's nice we can get it after the fact, too. I'm kind of enjoying that. The one thing

we did do that we always did in person was that we kind of had to divide and conquer and cover

different sessions. So I really wanted to get you on here to talk about some of the things that you saw

and what you took away from it. So I guess to get started, what was your biggest

like overarching takeaway from the whole three-day event? I think the obvious thing was resilience.

And of course, the last couple of years, we know why, because the world was forced to deal with the pandemic and how, you know,

there was a lot of new things in a lot of people's lives and a lot of things that were taken

away from people. And so a lot of people were in different situations and they needed to know
