I am very excited for today's episode because I feel like this is so needed for everyone.

This week, I've been trying to deal with a lot of health stuff.

As you guys know, I got my blood taken.

Thumbs up five stars to me because that is my worst fear.

But I've just been really trying to take it easy and spending a lot of time with my mom,

my family, and it's been so well needed.

Another thing this week is I've been really trying to be consistent with Pilates.

I've been going to Pilates a lot lately and it feels so good. I feel like everyone can

agree on this but there is no better feeling than going to Pilates or having a really good,

nice workout and then feeling so sore for like the rest of the week. I feel like that is one

the best feelings and it just is so rewarding. I do not know why, but I just love the feeling

of being sore from a workout. Another thing this week is I've been really just trying to be

productive and of course it is summer so it's time to also relax. So I feel like I've been really

trying to discover the healthy balance between being productive

and enjoying my summer.

Something I found to be really helpful in finding balance for the summer for work and

enjoying your summer is utilizing your breaks in free time.

So when I'm not working, I will always be outside, getting some sun in, or doing something that brings me joy.

And it honestly just makes me so happy because when you have a healthy balance during the summer,
