I'm trying to learn how to say it properly and in the most effective way.

Life changing, life changing.

Anyway, one of my ambitions after I left Women's Hour was not to interview

celebrities. Not because all celebrities are terrible people, far from it, she said quickly,

but I just wanted to immerse myself in so-called ordinary people living through extraordinary things.

And I think this is what life-changing does.

It is about those moments in people's lives that have just sent them on a different course

or made them rethink who they are.
