I have a fantastic question that you can ask yourself today or anyone you love, anyone in your

0:16.3

life, who is either in a season of disappointment or a season of waiting. Now, I would say that we're

0:26.6

almost all of the time in some kind of season of waiting, right? So, for example, maybe you're

0:32.1

waiting to get pregnant. And then when you're pregnant, you're waiting for the baby. And then,

0:35.4

you know, you wait for the baby to grow and there are all these different milestones. Or if you get engaged, then you're waiting for the wedding. Then after the wedding, you're maybe waiting for your house purchase. Then you're waiting for your renovations. And I mean, I mean, this applies to anything. You get your first job. You wait for your next promotion. Your first promotion. Then you wait for your next promotion. I believe that, I mean, really, if you look at it, life is a waiting game.

1:09.7

relationship or you had a disappointing business

1:12.7

results or whatever it is that you hope for or expected. It wasn't met. You didn't get the

1:18.5

outcome that you dreamed of, hence the disappointment. So I have the most incredible,

1:23.9

powerful question. It sounds light, but it reflects, sorry, it, it requires your

1:32.1

reflection, because this isn't an easy answer. This is something that a coach asked me once,

1:38.0

years ago, when something that I was doing wasn't working well. It must have been a business thing.

1:46.0

Must have. I'm trying to think what it was now. Her and I were talking and I kept saying to, you know, this isn't working. I'm doing all the

1:50.3

right things. It's not working. And she posed this question to me. What is this preparing you for? Think about that. What is this preparing you for?

2:03.1

Think about that.

2:04.3

What is this preparing you for?

2:06.3

Because waiting, struggle, challenges, stress, we know looking back at our history that they do prepare us.

2:16.8

They make us strong. They make us resilient. They make
