Hey everyone, Director Doug here. Well, 20203 is here and we are looking forward to another year of exciting Discovery Mountain episodes.

You know, with the beginning of each new year, people look ahead to what they may want to accomplish in the year ahead or things they may want to improve in their life.

Well, this is called making a New Year's resolution. New

year's resolutions often are about improving your health, you know, exercising more, eating better

food, or getting to bed earlier. And these are really good goals because we know that the Bible

tells us that God wants us to be healthy. As I thought about

this, I remembered a two-part mini adventure that was one of my favorite series in 2022 called Too Tired

and Still Tired. In this adventure, we find out that Daniel is not always careful about what he

eats and this has made him feel miserable.

He talks with Mabel and Pastor Peabody and they give him some good advice about how to change his habits so he'll feel a lot better.

Why don't we listen to my favorite two-part miniseries from 2022?

Oh, and by the way, I have combined the two parts into one larger

mini. So now, it's a big mini adventure. I hope you really enjoy this as much as I have and that

you're encouraged to exercise your faith through healthy living in this new year.
