Happy New Year, everyone, Miss Jean here.

2020 was a great year for Discovery Mountain.

We turned five and we had fun celebrating that birthday.

And in 2022, our team grew with new contract writers.

Our talented writers created our first ever multi-part mini adventures, something that you

listeners have been asking for. I hope that you enjoyed them. Now, it's difficult to pick a favorite

mini from 2022. There were so many good ones. But when forced to choose, my top would have to be Ruby Runs.

This mini originally aired on March the 30th of 2022, and it featured Janet, Mr. Simon, and Janet's dog Ruby.

Now, there are a few things that made this mini stand out for me.

First, it took place in Truckers, which is one of my

favorite places in Discovery Mountain. And Janet and Ruby came into the store, like so many do,

with a problem. And after a good conversation with Mr. Simon, Janet Leaves encouraged. Now,

another reason that this was my favorite mini, well,

I didn't write it. My friend Janice Nelson did, and I'm always blessed by her creative writing.

And here's a fun fact, Jenna is played by Janice's real-life granddaughter, Elica, and Director
