Summary

Today on the HowToBBQRight Podcast, we are back from Mexico, and we’re ready to go back already (00:15)... We take a deep dive into if resort food is ACTUALLY as bad as everyone says (04:22). Homemade Corn Tortillas might actually be better than flour (10:58)... Hot sauce in beer might be one of our new favorite drinks (15:31)! Fresh pasta in a giant parmesan wheel is one of Malcom’s bucket list entrees - and he finally got to try it (18:46)! Looking for a new grill to add to your arsenal? Primo Ceramic Grills has you covered (24:51)! There is just something off about our local Japanese restaurant sushis, but this Mexican Sushi was amazing (25:53)! Malcom and I accidentally strolled our way into an all-you-can-eat Vegan restaurant, and it went about how you’d expect (29:00). Malcom might have to make a blue cheese compound butter soon, cause this was amazing (35:15). If you go on a trip to an all inclusive resort, make sure to bring your seasonings with you (39:15)... We always say to each their own, but maybe leave the potato salad on the side when you’re making gumbo (55:30).
