hiatus from her type A workaholic life to travel the world.

When she came back, she launched the path, a startup that brings together young professionals to learn meditation techniques for a modern audience.

She's here to tell us about that transition and how her life has changed since that moment.

Dina, what I love about your story is that so many of us can relate to it.

You're a type A personality from New York City, but you've made so many changes in your life.

But tell us a little bit about your work as an entrepreneur and

what that was like for you. I co-founded a startup. It was in the tech space called Blip,

or some people call us Blip TV. And it's intense to start a startup. Any founder will tell you

that. But I took this on and I took it on to a degree that was extreme by any standards.
