How many times can we say it?

The Patriots are going to go as far as Drake May will take them this year and in the future years.

And the young man threw for 287 yards.

He went 30 for 46.

The product looked better. That's the most gross

passing yards this team has had since the 2023 opener against Philadelphia, and they were

behind all game that game. 17-0-0 down out of the shoots. Boy, do that team suck. So it's a low

bar to clear, but this is a more watchable product. But the dispersion for Drake May between good plays and bad plays is still too friggin' wide.

How do the Patriots narrow that while still allowing Drake May to be the playmaker,

gunslinger that he fancies himself to be?

Because the damage done by bad football at the quarterback position is really hard to survive.

Even small plays that seem minor, if you're a team with no margin for error, they can be lethal.

Phil Perry, our guy. asked Mike Frable on Monday about toggling back and forth between

putting the right amount on Drake May's plate.
