is the field is desperate for not just providers, but good providers, especially in terms of

psychotherapy and, you know, the aftermath of the pandemic, which really, you know the aftermath of the pandemic which really you know brought um you know

people to confront their own demons and um i just think it's it's definitely an area that is

really really i think in a in in crisis for really good providers.

So if you're considering going into the field, I really like talk with a lot of students and kind of give them, you know, guidance and career advice, but just suggestions.

I mean, I had really amazing mentors who were integral in my education and career

trajectory. So if I could offer that to other people, I would be more than happy to do that.

So, you know, I kind of bounce around from topic to topic, and I, you know, last was

kind of working on more of like psychodynamic formulations, and I appreciate a lot of the

From that, I'm going to continue on branching off into how we conceptualize that, whether that's borderline.

And I use that one because that's one that's, again, a disorder that is something I primarily

focus on treating, the small people that I do see for therapy, but also one that I've really tried to break down and

demystify and destigmatize because as a lot of different mental health conditions, there
