What I'm seeing is the agents that have the moral dilemma around it, like they just don't want to.

One of two things, as I'll say to them, well, first of all, agent, we could take the buyer side commission and representation, and we can keep that out of the seller's hands,

meaning we're not going to ask the seller to pay the buyer side. That immediately takes that

pressure off the agent because now the agent doesn't have to have this awkward conversation
