Diet scores have been ranked and researchers have calculated how much healthier your own diet could be by going vegan!

The scores reveal what happened when more than 200 people stopped eating meat and dairy and began eating an exclusively plant-based diet that is low in fat. While we have known for decades that eating more fruits and vegetables is healthy, this study shows precisely how big of an impact it can have.
