Summary

In Episode #73, I sat down with Brian Turner (aka Brock Lee) to talk about his experience with acne. We delve into the reasons why he is grateful to acne, how his acne improved with dietary changes, bullying, body building, eating a pound of tofu a day for a month, and so much more. I’ve got to say, I have a real soft spot for Brian, and there’s a fair chance that after this episode you will too. His energy is contagious, and he really is an absolute breath of fresh air, bringing light moments to an often very dark and negative conversation to spread his message of compassion for all. to do something for me. But clearly, if you don't ask, you don't get. So if you're enjoying

the show, if it's providing you value, please take 30 seconds and leave a review on Apple

plans for the show where we want to be in 24 months and we need your help to make this

possible. When I first thought about veganism, I thought hippies straight up just like sitting

0:44.6

in a forest, doing LSD, and tendreads, dirty, etc., etc., right? In that conversation

0:49.2

has changed, now we have people in all sorts of different avenues, you have athletes

0:52.2

and stuff that are performing really well, you have celebrities and musicians. And we

0:54.8

have those really popular documentaries that blown up, what the hell. I'll find out

0:59.0

people are vegan, that I've followed on YouTube for a really long time for some other subject

1:03.2

and then I comment and they're like, hey, I just want to let you know, I'm vegan too,

1:05.5

man, that's really cool. And I'm like, see, that's what's up. Veganism everywhere,

1:07.9

and they just regularly ask people, you didn't even know we're vegan. It's just that

1:11.3

a lot of the loud ones, the ones you hear the most, right? Because they're loud. You don't

1:14.8

have a mindset change by someone telling you that you're wrong because your ego just

1:17.9

throws up a wall. And so I feel like at least for me, the best way to change people to

1:22.0

getting interested in veganism, actually turning vegan, it's just to be a normal guide

1:24.9

that they look up to and then I can't. And he's also vegan. He seems pretty normal,

1:28.3

I like him. So maybe I'll try it. That's Brian Turner. And this is the proof podcast.
