spent

But who knows that would be an endless cost, but it's a lot more and I think the comparison was made to show that

They're getting more consultant on things to do wrong rather than doing something that a lot of people in this country

Think it's a benefit. I'd like to see a wall, but I don't think much of a physical wall because I don't think it'll work
