We are today talking about grieving and quenching the Holy Spirit.

The message title is a little bit facetious, did you block him?

But really what we're talking about is that God

has given us the power to restrict or release the Holy Spirit's activity. So we're going to jump

in to Ephesians chapter 4, verse 30 in this week's message about releasing the Holy Spirit.

We have been talking together as a community, as a church, we've been talking about

the power and the person of the Holy Spirit. And I want to just kind of stay in that theme today.

I want to talk to you about the activity of the Holy Spirit. Now, if you didn't know this, I want to bring good news to you today.

The Holy Spirit is the beautiful third person of the Trinity.

So we believe in God the Father, we believe in God the Son, and we believe in God the Holy Spirit.

So God, the Father, that is our, that is our Father

in heaven. The Father sent his one and his only son. In Spanish, his name is Hesu. And so,

and so, and the Holy Spirit in the Pentecostal church, we call them the Holy Ghost, okay?

So God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit, we're going to talk about it in just a moment, but the Holy Spirit, he resides on the inside of you.
