That's right.

So, you may have heard the news on Thursday, former president Donald J. Trump was indicted

in federal court on 37 counts related to what prosecutors contend is the deliberate concealment

and rather careless storage of more than 100 illegally possessed national security documents

that the National Archives and Department of Justice had repeatedly asked him to hand over,

including under Sapina said documents allegedly included sensitive information about defensive

capabilities and vulnerabilities in the United States and its allies, including nuclear

programs.

As well as various scenarios for military conflict.

On to occasion, the Sapina rather convincingly lays out Trump shared such documents with

visitors not authorized to see them while making comments that seem to acknowledge his

awareness that he was doing a no-no.

This is the first time an ex-president of these United States has been indicted in federal

court, though it may not be the last.
