And when is it just a waste of time?

That is the question.

And I feel like I go back and forth on that and after a shocking phone call recently,

I might have finally made up my mind because I feel like we talk about

if closure is necessary a lot.

And I've always been on the side of once something ends,

what does it really matter?

Doesn't this depend on the time of the relationship to like,

if you're going out with somebody for a year and a half, you need closure.

You're going out with somebody for a week and a half, maybe not.

So maybe that's what it is for me because typically in my life,

once a relationship has ended, it just ended.
