Summary

We are inclined to gauge progress by tangible measures and quantitative figures. However when practicing mindfulness, the gauge of progress can be a little cloudy because it is an internal measure that we set for ourselves. Want more Andy? Try Headspace today. mindfulness, and just about everything else. It's so different from anything we've ever

Hi, I'm Andy and welcome to Radio Headspace. Until Wednesday morning. So one of the questions

0:51.9

I get asked the most is how do I know if this is working as in the meditation, the mindfulness,

0:59.5

1:39.5

1:46.3

1:50.8

1:57.3

how physiology, our brain and how in turn that then comes back round to influence our

2:03.0

psychology and our brain and then as a consequence, our mind. And I think mind is something bigger

2:08.8

than that. It's not just a brain. It's not just our body. Mind is bigger. So in terms

2:14.8

of trying to judge it, it's a little bit like, I don't know, for me, I think of love.
