Good morning, everybody.

Let's check in and see how the weekend was.

Abby, how was your trip down to Florida to see the rents?

It was pretty good.

It kind of ended up being this happy accident where both my brother and I were down in Jacksonville, my hometown at the same time.

I wasn't supposed to be down there that weekend.

When I thought we were supposed to be on vacation the first week of April, I had scheduled

some doctor appointments for that week and then had to cancel them because we weren't going to

be on vacation.

And then I rescheduled them for that Friday because it was kind of like the only Friday

that worked.

And I was like, oh, it's also Mother's Day weekend.

So I flew down, went to my doctor's appointments, and then me and my brother, my mom,

my dad kind of got to live out old times and just bop around Florida and, you know, hang out.

It was great. What about you, Mo? It was good. I was supposed to go to New York, but I didn't make it.

It was too many moving parts, so I decided just to stay here. Plus, it was better for my knee, but I did send my mom flowers and all the mothers in my life flowers, and I paid for her to have dinner with my grandmother, so it ended up being a good weekend for her.

Aw. And she's doing good? She's doing well. Good. Cass?

I drove to, well, I say I drove. My husband drove us to Louisiana, so 20 hours of driving over the

weekend just to see Mom for all day Saturday.

Totally worth it. So it was a successful Mother's Day. She was so surprised when we got to the

front door. My dad was in on it and he's like, I'm going to pretend it's a FedEx package until she has to
