Did Democrats blow it on the government shut down?

0:09.5

There's a deal to reopen the government in the works.

Never should have to happen.

1:27.4

1:38.0

the government is in governmenting. And I did not love this one. And it was messy and gross.

1:43.5

And it is still messy and gross because we're going to have to do it all again in January, even if the shutdown really ends.
