So I'm at a loss as to understand exactly what happened yesterday in Washington where a

bipartisan framework, two bipartisan frameworks were announced as having been created in the

Senate, one on police reform, which hasn't been much discussed between Cory Booker and

Tim Scott and somebody else.

And then of course the big one is the infrastructure framework on, you know, with $600 billion

and new spending, there was a White House event and Biden announced it and with Mitt Romney

standing there and Chris and Santa, I'm standing there and everybody standing there and they

have a deal and everybody even get what they wanted.

That's what a deal is said by all of that and then an hour later basically he said,

I'm not going to sign this unless everything that's not in it gets shoved into a budget

reconciliation deal so that basically the infrastructure deal is now being held hostage

to agreement by pretty much by cinema and mansion I guess on putting everything that they

agreed to leave out of the infrastructure bill in the budget reconciliation bill which

only needs to pass with 50 votes because it's a budget bill and vice president Harris
