Glad you could be with us. You know, I talk about this a lot that this battle to preserve, protect, expand if you will, the Second Amendment

and its rights is ongoing and constant and ever-ending and I've been at it for

50-plus years and it seems to just go on and on.

And there are those who definitely do not like the concept of the Second Amendment.

They don't like guns, but actually it's not so much they don't like

guns. I think they just don't like gun owners more than anything else and that seems to

pervade a lot of what they do and it comes out in their talk.

We're seeing a new wave of anti Second Amendment activism

and it's not in Congress, although that's always there.

We're seeing it in the states.

And a lot of this is post-Bruin reaction, reaction to the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association

be Bruin decision by the Supreme Court.

And what you've got is a lot of states that are saying,

we're just going to pass all the gun control laws we want,

gun bans even, and dare you to do anything about it.

Dare you to take us to court.
