I am Ben McKee, and I am once again riding solo here on the podcast here on Saturday evening, recording around 5.30 after Tennessee loses earlier in the day to VCU 5 to 4.

In the first elimination game of the Chapel Hill Regional Tennessee season comes to a bitter ending,

an extremely disappointing ending.

First time that Tennessee has never won a regional game once it has gotten to the NCAA tournament.

And that comes on the hills of what was a strong close to the regular season and a bitter ending to what I believe was a good first season under Josh Elander.

We can dive into more of that later, of course,

and we will. But I wanted to hop on here once again and share some thoughts from the game

earlier today with Tennessee falling to VCU and its season coming to an end. I am recording

as the Lady Vols get out of a basis-loaded jam in the top of the seventh in Oklahoma City.
