And as always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the Hump Day edition of the yard. It's been a difficult week for me. I'll be honest with you. I've had a lot going on kind of unrelated to Mississippi State Sports to kind of deal with. You know, life happens to all of us. And that's one of the things that I've dealt with this week. I was out of town yesterday, really the first time I've left, you know, in northern Mississippi.

We were in Nashville for the 247 SEC Publishers Conference the week of the SEC men's tournament.

And so Neymouth and I come back late Tuesday night

and they canceled the thing on Wednesday so I was here

and I have not really left the area

since then so we're talking about six weeks or so

and then I had an aunt die over the weekend

and I had six different forms of cancer

and she beat it five times for a better part of 39 years.

You know, she battled through all that.

And so be it as it may, you know, it's a sad time.

And then they go down and spend some time with my uncle and my family and cousins and people of that nature.

You don't get the opportunity these days to really celebrate and mourn the loss of the

people that we lose because of the precautions related to COVID-19 and the pandemic.

And so I went down to Columbia Miss, my hometown.

But once I'm down there, like I'm glad that I don't live there.
