Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Roberts and as always, I am your good friend and host Steve Roberts and here on Monday evening.

I had planned to record the show this morning, but due to the elongated baseball game on Sunday, I'd like you to spend the night in Arkansas and spend one more night with some family and see my grandchild up there.

So I did. You know what? I'm

getting older. I don't know that I can take those two and three morning arrivals much longer,

you know, so I erred on the side of caution rather than push it and possibly kill myself.

I decided, you know what, let me spend the night and I'll take the day on Monday to drive back.

So here we are.

We had the weekend we expected, maybe not the weekend we hoped at Fayable Arkansas.

We're going to recap, you know, the weekend it was.

But also, too, I wanted to share what you guys too.

I spent some time speaking to, you know, some of our friends at Arkansas.

And the first thing that I'll say is do not let Arkansas Twitter negatively impact your opinion of Arkansas Razorback fans.

And listen, I get it. I know that's the most visible example of fandom out there as people

on social media. Many of those people are just uh you know not

people that uh you know would say those things in person or whatever and and listen there is a segment

of every fan base that uh has a negative connotation that reflects poorly on their on their school

including hours but i asked some people up there that I've known

for a while we'll call them acquaintances they're friendly but you know I don't

just throw the friend you label around but I said hey I just want to know what

was it like up here last year when Mississippi State won? It was all that was all this angst

where you guys pulling against Mississippi State? I mean, how did you see it? A hundred

percent of the people, 100 percent said, you know what? I was glad to see Mississippi
